Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains a unique Order Status link — click it to see your latest delivery updates in real time.

How to track your order

1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Floss and Fred.
2. Click the "View your order" or "Track your order" link.
3. Your order status page will show the current status of your delivery, including any tracking information from Royal Mail or Evri.

Tracking not showing yet?

Tracking details are added once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier. If you have just received your shipping confirmation, please allow a few hours for tracking to update.

If you cannot find your confirmation email or your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, we are happy to help. Please get in touch via our Contact Us page and include your order number so we can look into it for you.
