Track Your Order

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains a link to your Order Status page, where you can view your latest tracking information.

How to track your order

1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Floss and Fred.
2. Click the "View your order" or "Track your order" link in the email.
3. Your Order Status page will show the current status of your delivery, along with any tracking updates from your carrier (Royal Mail or Evri).

Tracking not showing yet?

Tracking details can take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your order was recently dispatched, please check back a little later.
